Hi there! I’m Jess, a passionate chef with 20 years of experience in creating vibrant, flavourful dishes that bring people together. 

My culinary journey has been inspired by the rich, colourful flavours of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, and I’m always on the lookout for new ideas from my travels to incorporate into my cooking.

At the heart of everything I do is community— collaborating with trusted local suppliers in the Test Valley, sourcing fresh, local ingredients that they produce, I cook, you eat - it is a triangular collaboration of which YOU are the most important point.

For me, cooking is more than just a job - from hearty home-cooked classics like Granny's Moussaka to adventurous, fusion menus that create joy, foster connection, and bring colour and flavour to every table.

    A pioneering micro herb company in Longstock whose tiny leaves not only add beauty as a garnish to any meal, but also provide an explosion of taste, whilst also being highly nutritious. Miracle food!

  • The New Forest Farmers Butcher

    All their meat is sourced locally in Hampshire and Wiltshire and their quality standards are nothing short of outstanding. Great butchers!

  • The Broughton Community Shop

    Sue and Emma see me here regularly. It is a truly fantastic shop where I can always find something that I have forgotten or a little extra to make a dish zing. AND they are totally committed to supporting local businesses.

  • The Broughton Growers

    In the summer months when the Broughton Growers are in full swing, I try to get as much veg from them as possible. It is my village after all!

    How lucky we are to have a LOCAL greengrocer (one that is not just a greengrocer but also offers so much more). I love picking, feeling, smelling, choosing all the wonderful veg and fruit that will go into my meals.
